Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once the return and refund process is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
